July 1999, Hawk Patrol members participated in the Pipestone Adventure.
August 27-28, 1999, Hawk Patrol conducted its first Patrol Campout and Adventure. We camped at Rum River Scout Camp on August 27th. Then on August 28th, we canoed down the Rum River from St. Francis back to the Rum River Scout Camp. There were some small rapids, kingfisher & green heron, neat views of the river, parks, rope swing and an unplanned dunk in the river by some of us. It was great fun.
During the September 17-18, 1999, OA Fall Conclave Brian R., Matt O. and Ben B. went through the Ordeal and became members of the Order of the Arrow Tonkawampus Lodge 16. John R. became apart of the Brotherhood. Congrats!!!
On September 26, 1999, Ben B. had his Eagle Scout Court of Honor.... Congrats!!!
On November 6, 1999, Brian R., Matt O. and Ben B. rec'd. Den Chief training and are now Trained Den Cheifs.
On November 8, 1999, Matt O. transferred over to Panther Patrol as their new Patrol Leader.
On February 4-6, 2000, Brian R. and Ben B. participated in Okpik near Ely, Minnesota and received their Zero Hero Award (-7 degrees)
In March 2000, Brian R. became the OA Rep. for Troop #218. Congrats!!!
On April 10, 2000, Logan B., AJ H., and Nevin A. formally became members of Hawk Patrol. - Welcome. Also that evening, Ben B. became the new Patrol Leader and Brian R. became the Assistant Patrol Leader. Thanks go to John R. for his past work as Patrol Leader. Good luck, John R. on your move over to the Junior Leaders Patrol as Assistant Senior Patrol Leader.
As always, Many Point Camp 2000 was a great time. Ryan B., AJ H. and Logan B. attended.
In July 2000, Ben B. went with the Viking Council Contingent to Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico (Crew 717H1).
In August, 2000, Hank Patrol members Nevin A., AJ H., Andrew C., and Ben B. went on the North Shore Adventure w/ Whitewater Rafting or Harbor Cruise.
In September 2000, Ben B. became apart of the OA Brotherhood and was elected as Dan Patch District Treasurer.
In October 2000, we saw Ryan B. leave the troop and Travis C. transfer over to Hawk Patrol. Welcome aboard Travis!
